The problem
Project management lived in one tool, timesheets in another, and storage was scattered across services. Timesheet submission rates were low because submitting was painful, and the core screens took many seconds to load.
The build
Consolidated project management and timesheets into a single flow, moved storage behind a unified data layer, and rewrote the slow read paths. Each piece shipped as an independent milestone so the team never lost the tools they relied on.
The result
Timesheet submission rates climbed sharply. Dashboards load in a fraction of the old time. Storage is centralized, consistent, and much easier to maintain.
