This Privacy Policy applies to Yuri Korolev, doing business as Korrit Development (“Korrit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), our website at https://www.korrit.dev, and our direct communications and services. It does not apply to a third-party website, product, or service that has its own privacy policy.
When we process personal information solely on behalf of a client as part of a development or technology engagement, that client controls the information and its privacy policy governs. Questions about that information should be directed to the relevant client.

Depending on how you interact with Korrit, we may collect:

- Client and project information, such as business requirements, project files, account details you choose to provide, invoices, payment status, and records of our work together.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Korrit, we use your mobile number and consent record only to operate the Korrit text messaging program and honor your communication preferences. The program may send project and service updates, appointment reminders and scheduling messages, support responses, account or administrative notices, and follow-ups to requests you make. We will send marketing messages only if you separately and expressly agree to receive them.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. 8. Your choices
You may unsubscribe from nonessential email using the instructions in the message. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out and START to opt back in. You may also reply HELP or contact us at hello@korrit.dev.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law.
