These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Yuri Korolev, doing business as Korrit Development (“Korrit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You may use this website to learn about Korrit, view our work, and contact us for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site through automated means in a way that burdens our systems, misrepresent your identity, infringe another person’s rights, or use the site to violate law.

Information on the site is general information, not legal, financial, or other professional advice. A website inquiry or booking does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to begin work.

The scope, schedule, fees, payment terms, ownership, warranties, support, and other terms for client services will be stated in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

Estimates, case studies, examples, and descriptions on this website do not guarantee a particular result. Every project depends on its agreed scope, the client’s systems and cooperation, third-party services, and other circumstances.

The website and its original text, design, graphics, code, trademarks, and other content are owned by Korrit or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for normal viewing and use of the website, no right or license is granted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit that content without written permission.

Ownership of client deliverables is governed exclusively by the applicable client agreement. If you voluntarily provide feedback about our website or services, we may use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Our website may link to or rely on third-party services, including booking, hosting, analytics, and communications providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from Korrit Development at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Types of messages. Messages may include project and service updates, appointment reminders and scheduling messages, responses to support requests, account or administrative notices, and follow-ups to inquiries or requests you make. We will send marketing or promotional messages only where you have separately agreed to receive them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, reply START to the same number to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and message availability may change.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, please update your information or contact us at hello@korrit.dev.

We handle mobile information and messaging consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuri Korolev, Korrit, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from the website, text messaging program, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korrit’s total liability for claims arising from the website, text messaging program, or these Terms will not exceed $100. This limit does not apply to paid client services, which are governed by the applicable client agreement, or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date at the top. Changes apply prospectively when posted. Your continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or end access to the website where reasonably necessary, including for misuse, security, maintenance, or legal reasons. You may stop using the website at any time and may leave the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP.

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, or transfer of the business. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the website and text messaging program.
