Acceptance of terms
By using korrit.dev, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, the only ask is that you stop using the site.
The service
This site is a marketing site describing the services offered by Korrit Development ("Korrit," "we," "us"). These terms cover use of the site itself — they are not a client agreement. Any actual engagement to build or maintain something is governed by a separate written agreement between Korrit and the client, which takes precedence over anything stated here.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and don't try to break it: no attempts to disrupt, probe, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — copy, design, code, and the Korrit mark — belongs to Korrit Development. Client logos and brand marks shown on the site are used to identify past work and belong to their respective owners.
No warranties
This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — but not limited to — accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korrit Development and Yuri Korolev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of this site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of Korrit Development and Yuri Korolev arising from your use of this site is capped at one hundred US dollars ($100), or the amount you paid to use the site, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Korrit Development and Yuri Korolev harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the courts of Kings County, New York.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above and post the new version here.
